DIY Off Grid Campervan Conversion

Over two years my partner and I took a bare metal cargo van and converted it to an off-grid camper van including running water, an indoor shower, a skylight, solar powered induction cooktop, engine-heated hot water, and more.
Of note was the focus on going propane-less by using the engine coolant as a hot water heater and installing 600W of solar on the roof with 380Ah of Litihum Iron Phosphate batteries to power an induction stove.
